As a professional martial artist, boxer and personal trainer for over 3 decades, I've witnessed many fitness and weight-loss challenges come and go. This 8 WEEK CHALLENGE is not a quick fix fad. This is a results-based programme focused on simplicity and consistency to create a habit for life. And, you do it from home at a time that works for you.

Join me, Rich Hackney, as I step out of a 2 year baby bubble. I'm ready to get back into my regular holistic health practice. I'm 47 and my partner and I have 7 kids between us - the house is busy! Today, life is lived in the fast lane and our days and calendars are stacked leaving too many pressures and excuses not to look after our own health. Most people are working long hours whilst juggling family, children and work and too many people are suffering from mental and physical exhaustion and preventable illness and pain.

Health is the new wealth and research continue to show that strength and fitness are directly correlated to longevity. This 8 WEEK CHALLENGE focuses on becoming HOLISTICALLY HEALTHY. This is not a fad to just lose a bit of weight for Summer. This 8 WEEK CHALLENGE goes beyond just the physical and incorporates breath awareness and mindfulness for mental health optimisation.

PLUS, being holistically healthy means addressing all aspects of health. For this 8 WEEK CHALLENGE I'll be joined by my partner, Nikki Rhodes, who will offer sessions on the benefits of intimacy and connection for overall health as part of the BONUS weekend series. We strongly encourage partners to join this challenge together as a powerful way to reconnect with one another.

- weekly BONUS LIVE on a Saturday or Sunday on a holistic health topic that changes weekly, including morning rituals, weight training for results, meal prep and mindset management, etc

- 3 IN-PERSON meet ups: 3 live and live-streamed beach workouts in Auckland for those who enjoy in-person fitness

+ EXTRA SESSIONS on the importance of connection, intimacy and relationship run by my partner Nikki Rhodes via FB Lives throughout
